More information about “DCA Multi” bots

Our “DCA Multi” (“Dimkud Multi”) bots operate on the most functional and popular crypto bot platform – “Veles Finance”.

We have been official partners of Veles since 2023, a subscription to our bots can be purchased in their Marketplace.
From the technical side, “Dimkud Multi bots” are a set of ~20 bots for different currencies. We have selected several tested configurations/settings that have shown the best profit in backtesting over the past 24 months.

Our bots can be used for trading both Spot and Futures.
“Dimkud” bots are a complex that includes, selected for each currency separately: precise bot parameters (grid parameters, overlap, martingale, number of orders, SL, TP, etc.), as well as signals to start these bots (coming to Veles users from our external trading system).

Selecting a Signal in “Terms of Opening a Trade”

Don’t forget to turn on the “Deal entry” switch at the bottom of the “Deal opening conditions” block.
There, click the “Add filter” button and here select the “Dimkud Multi Intraday” signal, and the Interval is 30 min or 15 min.

We provide two types of signals for Bot Start:
“30-minute interval” – standard, for a regular market
“15-minute interval” – for a falling market

How you can switch trading modes:

If you see or think that the market is falling or will fall, you can switch the Dimkud bot settings to “15 minutes” signal and the bots will be launched under more Strict conditions.
(with deeper and sharper currency falls)

You do not need to buy anything additionally or create new bots.
To switch an existing bot from the “Uptrend mode” “30 min” to the “Downtrend mode” “15 min” – just in the bot settings on Veles in the “Opening conditions” section change the “Interval” of the “Dimkud Multi” signal from “30 minutes” to “15 minutes”.
Then, if you expect either a flat or growth, switch to “30 min”.

General bot settings:

The principle of operation of these bots is based on the DCA strategy (“averaging” the position). That is, as the price moves not in our direction (if we have a Long bot, and the price falls), we open additional, averaging orders to buy. And then, when the price goes up, we close the entire grid of orders in the plus.

During the averaging process, while the price is falling, we are in a drawdown. (floating minus)
And this minus will increase as the price falls and new orders are opened in the grid.

Our task is to prevent the floating minus from approaching the total balance on the exchange. If this happens, then the entire deposit on the exchange will be liquidated.
To reduce the likelihood of this event, you can limit the number of simultaneously launched bots, as well as reduce the amount allocated for each bot, and the leverage in the bot settings. It is necessary to calculate so that the maximum drawdowns from all simultaneously launched bots do not exceed the deposit on the exchange.

Bot amount and leverage:

For large grids, it is recommended to use a leverage value within 3x-6x. In my bots, I give 5x, but if you want to reduce the risks, you can bet 4x, 3x. If you want extreme and deposit acceleration, you can bet 10x (but the probability of liquidation will increase sharply).

Bot amount – it is recommended to bet such that there is an additional (minus the bot amount) free amount in reserve in the amount of 1x-2x from the amount in the bot settings. (i.e. the total amount allocated to the bot should be 2x-3x from the amount specified in the bot settings) (and so on for each bot, if they can be launched simultaneously).

Examples: (based on the calculations above)
If your total balance on the exchange is $3,000. Then you can launch 7-10 bots at the same time (i.e. activate all 15-20 bots, but turn on “blocking” up to 7-10 bots at the same time).
With the amount of ~$215-$150 for each bot.

If the deposit is $5000, then you can launch 7-10 bots with a deposit of ~$350-$250 – per bot.
(For example, if up to 8 bots at the same time, then 2500/8 = $315 per bot.)

Reducing risks:

By default, you copy my bots, which have a leverage of 5x.
This is not a very risky setting, it can withstand quite serious market spills.
But you can further reduce the risks:
1. Reduce the leverage. Set 4x, 3x. The profit will be a little lower, but the risks are lower.
2. Increase the unused amount in the “reserve” on the account.
3. Reduce the amount in the bot settings, set it lower than I recommend in the previous paragraph.

Screenshots of settings

Please note. The Profit value (in %) is different for each bot (on average 1.1%-2.1%). You do not need to enter this parameter manually. It will be copied with other bot settings.

*

Blocking by Number of Bots

In the Veles account, in the “Blocks” section, you can specify the number of simultaneously running bots.
You can specify both the total maximum number of bots, and separately for the Long and Short directions.

You can set any blocking values that seem right to you.
In my trading, I have now enabled “Blocking by Long” = 10 and “Blocking by Short” = 5.
You can set 7-10.
And always enable “Blocking by position”.

Additionally, you can create several API keys from the exchange on Veles. You can even add the same API key twice under different names.
And you can enable Blocking separately for different API keys.

This can be used to place bots from a separate group on a separate API. And thus you can limit the simultaneous number of bots of this group.

Additional Bonus:

For bot buyers, we provide free access to the strategy builder/tester on TradingView: “Multi DCA Strategy [Dimkud]”, which allows you to create and test your own trading strategies on history, with dozens of built-in indicators and functions.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about our DCA bot

What are "DCA Multi bots"?

This is a set of bots operating on the Veles platform. We have been official partners of Veles since 2023, our bots can be purchased in their Marketplace.
From the technical side, “DCA (Dimkud) Multi bots” is a set of ~20 bots for different currencies. The bots operate according to the DCA strategy, and the bots receive entry points into transactions from our external system.
(we transmit signals to start a transaction, calculated according to our algorithms, to the users’ bots).

What is DCA strategy?

DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) is an investment strategy in which the bot buys assets for predetermined amounts as the price of the selected currency falls. This averages out the purchase cost. And then, after the currency grows by a small percentage, the entire grid of orders closes in the overall plus.

What is the average profitability?

Results are highly dependent on the market, volatility and global direction of movement.
In months of growing market profitability reaches 20%-25%, in months of falling market profitability is 7%-10% per month.

We publish weekly statistics of bot trading in our telegram chat, as well as in the Veles platform chat.

Are there any reviews from users?

Yes, in our telegram chat , as well as in the independent chat of the Veles platform users periodically show their results. They usually coincide with the statistics that we publish weekly in these chats.

How to launch bots?

You need to register on the crypto bot platform (Veles), create API keys in your account on the exchange with rights only to trade (without rights to withdraw funds). Buy “Dimkud” bots in the Veles Marketplace. Copy all the bots and run them. Detailed instructions are available in the help section.

If the instructions are too complicated for you, then contact us, we can set everything up for you.

How much does it cost to use a bot?

The cost is $50 per month. You can register and set up bots for free, payment is required only when you activate trading.

What cryptocurrencies does the bot support?

Each of the bots in the DCA Multi  (“Dimkud Milti”) set is configured for a specific currency. All parameters are selected for a specific currency and tested so that the bot with the highest profit and acceptable drawdown has passed backtests over the last 2 years of trading.
About 20 of the most reliable currencies from the top 100 are supported.
These are BTC, ETH, SOL, DOGE, XMR, XRP, LTC and others.

Is it safe to use a bot?

Security is our priority. The bot uses only limited API keys without withdrawal rights. Your money always remains on the exchange, and you retain full control over it.

There are always trading risks, no one is immune from a sudden “scam” of the currency, if it falls by 99% in a day..
But in practice – bots without liquidations have passed all the latest sharp market spills.
We use fairly “conservative” settings. We do not overestimate the risks, so we do not promise huge profits.
You can also adjust the risk level yourself (by reducing the leverage or the amount for the bot). How to do this is described in the instructions.

Risk Warning

Trading cryptocurrency on futures is associated with a high level of risk and can lead to significant financial losses. Leverage increases the potential profit from trading, but also increases the risk of losses.

The backtests presented above show trading on historical data for the last 2 years, but do not guarantee the repetition of trading results in the future.
Do not invest an amount that you cannot afford to lose.

Please study the article and video on Veles “How to avoid liquidation of a futures bot” to understand what can be done in case of a large drawdown during trading.
